Sava Spin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TerderSoft B.V., the company that owns and operates Sava Spin, governing your use of the platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. TerderSoft B.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521, issued in 2024 and covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook operations. By accessing or using Sava Spin in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About Us and Licensing

Sava Spin is owned and operated by TerderSoft B.V., registered in Curaçao and located at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. Martina 31, Willemstad, Curaçao. The company was incorporated in 2023 and launched the Sava Spin brand in 2024. TerderSoft B.V. holds Curaçao GCB licence OGL/2024/1126/0521 and operates a group of approximately eleven online gaming sites, including sister brands Liraspin, Coolzino, Lazybar, and PitBet. These terms are governed by the legislation of Costa Rica.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Registration is permitted only in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful; you are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Before we process your first withdrawal, we require identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our KYC Policies, which may include submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where the breach involves fraud, misrepresentation, or prohibited use.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MiFinity, CashtoCode eVoucher, Interac (Canada), and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), TRX, BNB (BSC), and DOGE. The minimum deposit is €15 for card payments; cryptocurrency minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Fiat deposits are processed instantly; cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. The minimum withdrawal is €30, and all withdrawals are subject to a casino-side pending period of up to 72 hours before release. Following release, e-wallet withdrawals (MiFinity, eCashout) complete in approximately 24 hours; card withdrawals take 1–3 days; bank transfers take 3–5 days; cryptocurrency withdrawals complete in approximately 24 hours plus blockchain confirmation time. Withdrawal limits are €2,500 per day, €7,500 per week, and €15,000 per month, with higher limits available at advanced loyalty tiers. Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit; KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion published on Sava Spin carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers unless a promotion’s individual terms state otherwise. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount for standard casino bonuses, and 35x the bonus amount for the HighRoller Reload; sportsbook bonuses carry a 5x wagering requirement on accumulators of three or more events at odds of 1.4 or greater. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round is €5 (or equivalent), including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 10x the bonus amount; winnings generated from sign-up free spins are capped at €50. Game contributions towards wagering requirements are as follows: slots 100%, Buy Feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from the date of receipt unless the specific promotion states a different period, and only one bonus may be active at a time. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used abusively, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected] . If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of the support team, and we will provide a substantive response within 7 days of receiving the escalated complaint. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution body as provided under the Curaçao GCB 2024 framework, or escalate directly to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We will cooperate fully with any such process and provide all relevant documentation upon request.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by on-site notice or by email to the address registered on your account, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of Sava Spin after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
